Restructure loan request to make it bankable but still solve borrowers needs 

My loan request packages are complete and well organized when presented to a Bank. They are ready for loan committee which the banker appreciates since I have done his work for him. 

I believe in total communication and when I present a loan request to a banker and he shows interest I IMMEDIATELY set a meeting to meet my client, tour the facility etc. I strive to successfully obtain Loan Approval at Bank Rates 

Just because one bank rejects a loan does not mean another bank will not approve it 
My banking relationships allow me to go through a different door with a request than your typical borrower. 

My success rate encourages a banker to pay close attention and give me the benefit of the doubt. In other words, my opinion is respected. 

I present my client’s loan request in person 

I know my banks and take my clients request to only one bank to start with. I do not use the shotgun approach. Bankers hate that. 

I know that some banks will not finance a particular industry
